Week of September 5th, 2010 Encore Cheesecake Fundraiser Look for the brochure that came home the week of August 29th. The profits from this fundraiser will be credited to the students band account. Ordering will be very easy and done online this year with a username and password. Parents will be responsible to sign off on the online order on the signature page. Orders need to be placed on the website by WEDNESDAY September 15th. Anyone that doesn’t have computer access can turn in there order forms and money and the order will be placed. This deadline is final. We cannot accept late orders. Please do not disappoint you customers by turning in your orders late. Their money will have to be refunded in that case. Login and using the User Info link, change your password and make a note of it. Bookmark the link for easy access. 2. Go through the help movie as needed 3. Enter your orders either as you go or all at once by the due date. 4. Parents have to signed on the computer that the order is correct. Everyone should have made their 1st and 2nd Band Fair Share Payments paid by now. Payments are due on the 15th of each month. If there becomes a positive balance in the student’s account through fundraisers, then payments can be deferred. Contact Mr. Skinner at skinner@palmbeach.k12.fl.us for any hardships or if other financial arrangements are needed. These will be considered on an individual basis. Instrument Rental: Those students who rent an instrument will have 2 Instrument Rental Payments of $50.00, the first payment due October 1, 2010 and the second payment due February 1, 2011. Uniform Rental: Every student in the Seminole Ridge Band program will have 2 Uniform Rental Payments of $37.50, the first payment due November 1, 2010 and the second payment due March 1, 2011. The Instrument rental and the Uniform rental payments are not part of the band budget. These rental fees cover the costs of the maintenance and cleaning of Instruments and Band Uniforms. Donation Letter Many students are receiving their donations from the Donation Letter they sent out June as our first fundraiser. This fundraiser goes on all year. If you do not have the donation letter and would like to have a copy, your student can ask pick one up in the band office. Send it to anyone you know, whether family friend or business contact. Many students pay off there entire account with this donation letter. Band Hoodies and Varsity Leather Jackets and Theme Shirts -2010 Theme shirts are being ordered this week. The final cost of the shirt is being calculated now.
