CHAPERONES
You must be cleared on the Volunteer List. We will be taking around 14-20 chaperones to each football game; 14 to home games and up to 20 for away games. No children can accompany you when you chaperone the band students. Chaperones ride the school buses with the students. Chaperones must wear their red band shirt to chaperone. You will be at the games to help the band director and the Chaperone Chairperson in any way needed. For clarification purposes, no smoking or drinking of alcoholic beverages at any event in which you are working with the band students.
Chaperones sign in by 5:30pm. Mr. Skinner will meet with you at that time to go over the particulars of the game. Away football game arrival times and meeting will be different each week depending on what time we need to leave.
